About Las Sendas

Las Sendas is bordered by the beautiful Usery Mountains and Tonto National Forest in Mesa’s northeast corner. Residents of Las Sendas are surrounded by spectacular mountain and vistas views that are enhanced by the natural desert surroundings. It is not uncommon to see roadrunners, baby quail, geckos and jackrabbits in Las Sendas.

Las Sendas has several amenities that include; a public golf course, club house, pools, hiking and walking paths, parks and tennis courts. The community name ‘Las Sendas’ means ‘The Paths’ in English. These trails are spread throughout the 2,400 acre community and coil through large areas of desert flora.

Las Sendas Real Estate

The majority of homes in Las Sendas are either custom estates or single-family homes that were built by Blanford Homes.  You will find many of custom home neighborhoods near the Las Sendas Championship Golf Course.

The prices start around $275,000 for a 3bed, 2bath, 1,500 square foot home and go up to $3 million for a custom 6,000 sq. foot golf course home. The median home price in Las Sendas is nearly $600,000 and price per square foot is around $215.

There is also a gated condo / townhome development in Las Sendas that was built by Cachet Homes. Prices for these units range from $250,000 to $375,000.

Las Sendas Schools

Las Sendas boasts its own Las Sendas Elementary School, one of the highest rated elementary schools in Mesa. Las Sendas children that are older attend Fremont Junior High and Red Mountain High School. Here are the links for the school report cards:

Las Sendas is located in Mesa’s Northeast corner. It is situated northeast of the crossroads of Power Road and McDowell Road. The 202 Loop is now provided an easier and shorter commute into downtown Phoenix or Tempe.
